dear diary..
its the june holidays and so much has happened! FIRST.. let's start off with the teacher's comments in my report book:
Comments: Christine is a friendly and pleasant student. She is able to communicate effectively in the English Language. She loves reading and writing. She does not hesitate to seek clarification when in doubt. The quality of her assignments reflects her hardworking attitude. She hopes to further her education in a junior college after completing her secondary education and she is willing to work hard in achieving this goal.

okays. update on my life.
firstly.. rachel's party rocked!! it was so fun! so nice! the satay was sooo nice! and im going to their church on sunday! =)
i was laughing so much! i think the sentence i said most that night was "hey, lets go eat more satay!" wahahaha. but really. it was really fun. HAPPY BIRTHDAY RACHEL.! i bought her a beanie baby. and we had durian cake! =) and we took lots of pictures! check them out on multiply! and lastly, we pushed the birthday girl into the pool! hahaha. it was so funny.! i was supposed to stand near the pool and pretend to be fighting with my mum on the phone abt what time i was supposed to go home and since rachel was the host, my friends told her to go over and see whats wrong with me and my mum. when she came over to me, i could tell she was concerned by the look on her face.. and then as everyone else gathered behind her.. i felt so bad..!! then.. i started laughing and they all pushed her into the pool! hahahaha!! and then her sister got pushed in too. +D rachel's wet!! hahaha.
secondly... si qian's sushi birthday rocked! me, stephanie and amah (kai kee) bought si qian a mango cake in advance that said "happy birthday si qian! friends forever" and me and stephanie went over to the sushi restaurant earlier and told the restaurant to keep the cake for us.. when amah and si qian arrived.. we ate the food and all that.. and the food was really really nice! =) its called Ichiban Boshi Japanese Restaurant .. and we ate at Wisma Atria.. first time for me eating at that restaurant cos usually i go to sushi tel at Paragon or Suntec City.. but yeahh.. the food was really nice..! after we finished eating, stephanie and i excused ourselves and went to collect the cake.. we lit the candles and brought it back to si qian.. surprising her and the whole restaurant. lols. and she was happy! =) too bad we couldnt consume the cake there due to the restaurant's regulations. so we took the cake and ate it by the side of orchard rd! first time i did that..! lol. really unique ! but fun!! we went shopping and walked around orchard for awhile.. went to far east plaza.. takashimaya.. and took pictures! =)
happy birthday si qian!
mmm...i watched kingdom of heaven twice, want to watch it a third time, sadly it was sold out the time i went so i watched monster in law. i watched monster in law twice too! watched house of wax and the jacket too. monster in law is really funny! =) love that show.
AND GUESS WHAT.
i work at mcdonalds!! yes! can u believe it? i applied for Burger King at Cineleisure too and they wanted me too. but i went for the MCD trial first, and i realise that i like working in MAC.. is really fun.. made new friends.. and its a nice and clean working environment.. even though i havent tried working at BK, im going to go back and tell the manager that i've changed my mind.. cos the MAC im working at will be at KAP.. so it'll be nearer my house.. then i dont have to waste time travelling back and forth .. =)
well..when i went into MAC.. i was given uniform and a cap.. so i changed and i couldnt tie my hair so i put the cap on and tilted it slightly to make it more fashionable.. then i let my hair down and it looked nice! the cap is cute! and its free too. =)
so then i went ouside to meet andy (the guy that's supposed to teach me the new stuff) and he brought me to see the other manager that told me i could do a trial at mac. oh btw.. this guy asked me for my number when i finished changing.. hahaha it was funny.. but anyway so i went to see the manager that gave me a chance and when he saw me he said "omg!!!" and told me i almost gave him a heart attack! and then he told me i HAD to tie up my hair cos the big boss (the one that will decide if i can work at mac) is working on that day.. and everyone was telling me to be careful and tuck in my shirt properly and all!! hahaha. so since i did my hair the other day (which costs $220 btw) i did a really really low ponytail.. and it worked pretty well.. cos it had been sometime since i did my hair.. so yeahh.. =)
that day i worked for 4 hours and i earned $14.. i was working in the lobby (not the counter) and so i opened doors for ppl..greeting and thanking them as they come and go.. clearing trays.. clearing the bins.. wiping the doors.. and they wanted me to clean the toilet! i did check on the toilet, but i didnt clean it. i really couldnt do it. its just disgusting. anyway. it was fun overall. and everytime u work, u get 1 free meal, however it cannot acceed $5.70. the ppl there are really friendly and helpful. =) im going to enjoy working there. plus after working i just have to run home! its fun! but its tiring. and i love it ! like the MCD theme song.. im lovin' it ! hahaha.
its the june holidays.. and im enjoying myself! its nice to finally take a break.. however i did realise some mistakes.. like.. i need to rest and relax more during school days.. i will make sure i get enough rest and that i have some fun too.. =)
btw.. im dropping physics.. i plan ahead for my future.. and this time i'll make sure i dont do stupid stuff.. i will go to jc and after that i will go to university and study mass communcations. its what i want to do, its what i love to do. i know ppl doubt me and try to bring me down or embarrass me when i talk so far ahead, but i know im going to do it. its the route and destiny i've created for myself. physics isnt going to be in my future, moreover im not taking amaths either. if i drop physics, i'll be dropping 2 tuitions too. so that's great. =) now i'll have 5 tuitions a week, training twice a week, and work twice a week. its much more relaxed now. i'll make sure i get enough rest and pace myself in my studies and for the end of year exams i will do well. =)
++as for my love life, me and my darling have ironed our a few of our issues.. its been good overall.. i love my sweetheart.. he's my world.. =) i just love you. the way you do things. the way you talk. the way you call me. the way how sweet your messages are. the way you smile. the way you dress. the way you smell. mmm..you always smell sooo good.. the way you look. the way you dance. the way you sing. i love everything about you. muacks for my darling.. i love you++
